Finding a therapist who truly 'gets' it shouldn't feel like another hurdle. As a queer, non-binary clinician, I provide a collaborative and identity-affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether we’re working virtually through a screen or outdoors in nature with the horses, our goal is to help you feel more grounded in your own skin. Hi, Morgan here.
I am a gender non-binary, queer, licensed independent clinical social worker. I value connection, community, humor, and the dignity and worth of all human beings. I am committed to being a life-long learner and work to continuously develop and adapt the ever-evolving craft of psychotherapy through consult, continuing education, teaching social work in higher education, and deeply listening to the experiences of those around me. As a white-bodied provider, I am accountable to the ways in which I have profited from the wisdom, culture, and teachings of Black, Indigenous, Hispanic, Asian and other people of color. My accountability is through daily intention and practice in using my privilege to challenge systems of oppression and be an accomplice in the fight against social injustice.

I am actively licensed in the state of Minnesota (LICSW #31213) and the state of Wisconsin (LCSW #12534 - 123). I currently advise and teach at the University of Wisconsin- River Falls focusing on areas related to student success, managing stress, personal well-being, and mezzo practice in social work.
I have experience working with adolescents and young adults in various settings including residential treatment, juvenile corrections, and a level-four school program. My areas of emphasis include complex trauma, identity work and gender-affirming care, processing grief and loss, problems with immediate gratification, and emotional regulation.

I practice from a deeply relational, strengths-based perspective. This means our therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership built on trust, safety, and mutual respect. I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a supportive ally, honoring the lived experiences, survival strategies, and resilience you already possess. Together, we will tailor each session to your unique needs in a safe, non-judgmental space.
To support the mind-body connection, I integrate traditional talk therapy with holistic, experiential practices:
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy: Partnering with horses to explore boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation in real time.
Somatic Experiencing & Body Movement: To process stress and trauma stored in the body.
Nature & Creative Arts: To tap into alternative pathways for expression and self-discovery.
No matter your age, diagnosis, or history, my goal is to leave you feeling empowered, deeply heard, and equipped to manage your mental health.
